Harvest Moon Festival Chili Cook-Off

Chili Entry Form

  • There will be one category for judging – “People’s Choice”
  • Prizes will be awarded for top Chilis

**Chili Contestant Rules**

  • Chili may be vegetarian or with meat
  • Chili must be made at home, no onsite cooking
  • Chili entries must display list of main ingredients at your table
  • Transported chili must be at least 41 degrees or colder or 140 degrees or warmer.
  • You must provide warming/serving equipment to maintain at 140 degrees (crock pot or steam pans).
  • All entries must provide a minimum of two (2) gallons of chili for judging.
  • All chili participants must arrive no later than 12:15PM.  Judging will begin at 1:00PM.
  • People’s Choice sampling will begin at 1:00PM

Provided by Harvest Moon:

  • Tables with plastic table covering for all chili entries.
  • Tent area with electric – the chili contest will be held rain or shine!
  • Portion cups for the judging along with spoons and napkins.
  • Sanitizing wipes to keep your table clean.
